After a long wait, the Rosè is available again. It’s not a Prosecco, but a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white, sparkling in autoclave in Brut version. Ideal as an aperitif and throughout the meal, it’s particularly recommended for fish. Limited edition, not to be missed.
